I’m currently only available fortnightly on Saturdays for telehealth consultations (by video or phone). No face-to-face consults. To arrange another time, please send me a message.

What to expect?

An initial private consultation involves building a detailed picture of your diet and lifestyle. I’ll address any concerns you may have about your health and review your eating, sleeping and exercise habits, weight and medical history. Based on this, I’ll help you put together a plan to help you achieve your health goals.

I recommend that you follow-up with a least one consultation to review your progress. Often people like to continue with follow-up consultations for as long as they feel necessary.

Private consultation fees

  • Individual initial consultation (1 hour): $145
  • Review consultation (30 minutes): $80

Private health fund rebates

I am a registered as a dietitian with Australian private health funds. Rebates may apply for dietetic services depending on your level of extras cover. No referral is required if claiming under private health cover. Contact your private health fund for more information.

Please note I am not registered with Australian private health funds for exercise services.

Medicare rebates

I am also a registered provider with Medicare. Medicare provides rebates to people who have been referred to a dietitian by their GP on a Chronic Disease Management Plan or an Enhanced Primary Care Plan. The Medicare rebate for dietetic services is $60.35 per consultation. This does not cover the full cost of your consultation so there will be an out-of-pocket cost to you.

Appointment reservation and cancellation / no-show policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To secure your appointment, I require valid credit/debit card details, which will be encrypted and stored securely.

Your credit/debit card will not be charged until the time of your appointment, and if you choose to use an alternate form of payment, you can do so. I accept PayPal and BPAY in addition to credit/debit card payments.

My business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. As such, I require MORE than 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment, except in the case of severe illness or other emergencies. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or a no-show, you may be charged a 30% cancellation fee of the appointment cost.

Please be aware that all cancellation fees charged reflect a missed business opportunity and are not reimbursable by Medicare or private health funds.
