Fiona’s nutrition workshop gave me confidence that I am undertaking a vegan diet in a responsible way regarding looking after my body’s nutrient needs.

I liked that Fiona delved into various research that was out there and provided informed opinions to the group, who would be unable to perform this task themselves. I learned the advantages of taking B12 supplements in the form that is most usable by the body and also the close relationship between calcium and vitamin D.

Others should consider attending this workshop because becoming vegan does require some knowledge about nutrition to avoid becoming deficient in certain vitamins and minerals that may ultimately affect health.
