The Essentials of Vegan Nutrition workshop was informative, well-researched, comprehensive to the right degree and well-presented by Fiona, who was a very friendly, down-to-earth and approachable presenter. The nutrition information presented was useful and can help anyone (not just vegans).
I learned about the essential things to include in a vegan diet, which is the main reason I attended in the first place. I was also surprised to learn that all vegetables contain at least a little protein!
I knew the workshop would be good, but it exceeded my expectations. Thank you Fiona, I really appreciated this course!
