Fiona’s nutrition workshop has enabled me to make lasting changes in my life that will assist me in making the right food choices. It was quite intensive and covered many topics. It’s also great to have the workshop notes to refer to, which I am sure I will use often.
The best part was learning about the concepts of nutrition for a healthy and sustainable vegan lifestyle. In particular, the emphasis on foods that we need more of and should eat regularly and foods we should only eat now and then.
While the workshop is about the essentials of vegan nutrition, I feel it can benefit everyone whether they are vegan or not. You not only learn about a vegan diet but also how to lead a very healthy lifestyle, and that’s a good thing for everyone!
