It seems these days we are all striving to lead healthier and more fulfilling and compassionate lives than ever before. But when we consider the modern demands of our fast-paced world, like stress, toxins in our environment, and processed foods, it becomes clear that we need to support our body’s efforts to maintain a healthy balance in some way.

That’s why I want to help you. As your health coach, I want to help you achieve your health goals and feel your best with plant-based nutrition and lifestyle advice, motivation and support.

I am a mobile nutritionist, and I’m available for nutrition consultations in the Sydney metro area on Thursday and Saturday. I am also available globally via Skype.

An initial nutrition consultation involves building a detailed picture of your health and lifestyle. I’ll address any concerns you may have about your health and review your eating, sleeping and exercise habits, body composition and medical history. I might also recommend you have some blood tests or specialised functional tests done to help you address your health concerns more effectively. Based on this, I can create a personalised plan to help you achieve your specific health goals.

I recommend that you follow-up with a least one nutrition consultation to review your progress. Often people like to continue with nutrition consultations for as long as they see necessary.

How much does a nutrition consultation cost?

  • 90-minute initial nutrition consultation – $130
  • 60-minute initial nutrition consultation (Skype) – $95
  • 120-minute initial nutrition consultation for couples and families – $165
  • 30-minute follow-up nutrition consultation – $55
  • 60-minute follow-up nutrition consultation – $95
